Welcome to Rode Heath Primary School

Through creating a happy and stimulating environment for children, we hope they will develop positive attitudes towards learning and each other. We would hope your child will develop and enthusiasm for learning as well as caring attitudes for other people and the world about them. We are aware that education is part of a continuous process and hope to prepare children thoroughly for the subsequent phase of their education.

We aim to provide and environment in which the children feel secure. It is essential that they feel valued and that their individual achievements are recognised. We appreciate the importance of confidence and self esteem in all children, accordingly we expect them to take a pride in their achievements and to strive for excellence.

All children are individuals and we aim to provide their individual needs. We hope that the welcoming atmosphere in school will make parent's feel comfortable and able to support their child's education. To this end we run a series of curriculum evenings for parents, hold regular parents' evenings and welcome parents in school to support the work of the teachers.
