Becta Awards 2006
Unfortunately we were unsuccessful in this year’s Becta Awards. However, we were highly commended by the judges who are interested in monitoring further developments of ICT in the school. So well done everyone! It was a real achievement to be shortlisted.
SoftEase Project
From September 2006 the school will be taking part in a joint project with the software company, SoftEase. This will involve devising a series of lessons using their Textease Studio program. Our thoughts and experiences will then be recorded and produced as a Podcast to be uploaded on their website. This is an exciting opportunity to promote the school by sharing good practice in teaching and learning. As an added benefit we receive a free site licence for the SoftEase products.
